REQUIREMENTS
Professional attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Available to travel and attend multiple trade shows, conventions, and exhibitions across the U.S. Flexible schedule during trade show and event periods, including occasional weekends Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry, and general office systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking and time management skills Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable Professional attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual in Korean and English Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Beauty, skincare, spa, or medical aesthetics industry experience is a plus Key Duties Provide customer support through emails, phone calls, and social media Process customer orders, invoices, and account information accurately and efficiently Support daily office operations and administrative tasks Manage customer and membership accounts Assist with educational classes, training sessions, and event coordination Coordinate trade show preparation, booth setup, breakdown, and convention logistics Provide on-site support during trade shows, exhibitions, and educational events Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and business partners Maintain organized records, documents, and office files Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and internal communications Help organize and manage products, displays, and marketing materials for events Support team projects and other office duties as needed

$45,000.00 per year
