Company Description Pepper and June Events is a luxury wedding and event planning company based in Denver, Colorado. We plan and design weddings throughout the state of Colorado. Role Description We are seeking a 2026 Assistant Day-of Wedding Coordinator to join our team on a contract, on-site basis in Denver, Colorado. This role involves supporting the lead wedding coordinator on the wedding day in ensuring the success of the event. This is a day-of onsite position, with 2-3 events per month. As such it is not intended to be a candidates sole position of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with vendors, guests, and the lead coordinator. Assist with event setup and breakdown. Assist in managing and maintaining the wedding day timeline to ensure all activities run smoothly. Assist in overseeing and troubleshooting day-of logistics, ensuring a stress-free experience for clients. Capture behind the scenes content for social media

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, including multitasking and meeting deadlines. Capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Familiarity with current wedding industry practices and trends. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required:

Availability to work weekends and evenings

Preferred:

At least one year of experience in wedding planning or coordination.

Pay:
