We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and highly organized team member to help us grow our events and teach engaging craft experiences across Colorado. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Craft Teacher & Event Coordinator who is passionate about creativity, education, and events. This role combines teaching, sales, event coordination, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate has experience teaching or facilitating groups, enjoys working with people, and thrives in both creative and fast-paced event environments.
Responsibilities:
Craft Instruction & Facilitation:
Teach virtual and in-person craft workshops for corporate events, private parties, conferences, libraries, and community groups Lead craft activations at weddings, conferences, festivals, and company events Create fun, welcoming, and engaging experiences for guests of all skill levels Assist with preparing materials, kits, and event supplies
Event Coordination & Sales:
Work with local event planners, venues, wedding planners, and companies to promote and sell craft activations Assist in coordinating event logistics, timelines, staffing, and setup/breakdown Help manage and facilitate on-site event experiences Conduct outreach and relationship-building efforts with local businesses and venues Execute event sales and client communications
E-Commerce & Administrative Support:
Assist with managing Shopify stores and product listings Help maintain inventory and event supply organization Support customer service and order management as needed Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for workshops and events
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Previous teaching, facilitation, or classroom experience required Art, crafting, or creative background strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable speaking and teaching in front of groups Ability to multitask and work independently Experience with events, hospitality, and sales is a plus Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms preferred Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for events

Energetic, personable, and creative Comfortable in both virtual and in-person environments Passion for DIY projects, crafting, and creative experiences Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Compensation:
