This is a hands-on role responsible for taking events from the initial inquiry through execution, while providing an exceptional experience for every guest. Responsibilities Respond to event inquiries and actively follow up with prospective clients Coordinate events from start to finish, including proposals, menus, timelines, and day-of details Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service Promote Yaya's as an event destination and seek out new event opportunities Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure events run smoothly Be involved in events as needed and ensure everything meets Yaya's standards Qualifications Restaurant, hospitality, event planning, or sales experience required - 5+ years Motivated, proactive self-starter who takes ownership Available to work evenings and weekends Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused Ability to manage multiple events and details at once
Compensation:
