1099 ASSISTANT
EVENT COORDINATORS
Exquisite Events & Productions (EE&P) is looking to add a few experienced, reliable 1099 Assistant Event Coordinators to our team for several upcoming events throughout Colorado! We are looking for event professionals who are organized, proactive, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed . Our assistants work alongside the lead coordinator/producer to help ensure events run smoothly from setup through breakdown.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔Previous event coordination, wedding, production, hospitality, or related experience ✔ Professional, polished, and personable demeanor ✔Strong attention to detail and ability to follow timelines ✔ Ability to work independently while taking direction from the lead coordinator ✔ Comfortable with setup, lifting/moving event items, and being on your feet for extended periods ✔ Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when things change ✔ Reliable transportation and punctuality ✔ Professional communication and a team-first attitude 1099 contractor position. Compensation includes travel when applicable and $30hr - $40hr based on event contracts. These are great opportunities for someone who loves events, weddings, production, hospitality, and working behind the scenes to create an exceptional guest experience. Additional event opportunities may become available throughout the remainder of 2026 & 2027.

From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 per week
