Shift:
7:30 PM - 8:00 AM Load-in security assignments may include perimeter security, access control, gate posts, asset protection, backstage access points, and other designated security positions.

Friday, September 18, 2026 Saturday, September 19, 2026 Show-day staffing will consist of the following shifts:
Day/Evening Shift:
2:30 PM - 11:00
PM Overnight Shift:
7:30 PM - 8:00 AM
IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT
Applicants MUST be able and willing to work EITHER shift based on staffing needs. While availability will be taken into consideration, applicants cannot apply for only one specific shift. You must be comfortable being assigned to either the 2:30 PM-11:00 PM shift or the 7:30 PM-8:00 AM overnight shift. Please do not apply if you are unable to work either shift when assigned. Job Responsibilities Depending on your assigned post, responsibilities may include: Access control and credential checks Gate and entrance security Crowd observation and management Perimeter security Backstage and restricted-area access control Asset protection Main stage and event-site security Monitoring assigned posts Assisting guests with directions when necessary Reporting incidents or concerns to supervisors Following all event-specific security procedures and supervisor instructions Requirements Applicants must: Be 18 years of age or older Be able and willing to work either available shift Be professional, reliable, and punctual Be comfortable standing and/or walking for extended periods Be able to work long shifts, including overnight shifts Be comfortable working outdoors Be able to follow instructions and remain at an assigned post Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with guests, staff, and other security personnel Have a working smartphone for event communications Be available for the entire shift they are assigned Please do not commit to a date unless you are confident you can work the entire assignment. Event staffing depends heavily on attendance and reliability.
