Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Venue Staff to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for weddings and events, with the ability to provide exceptional support in ensuring each celebration runs seamlessly. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, as you'll be assisting with a wide variety of event needs—from setup to guest service—across different venues and locations. With over 1,000 events per year nationwide , we are proud of our consistent growth and the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for our clients. This position can also serve as an internship opportunity for students seeking to complete required school hours in hospitality, event management, or related fields. Duties Assist with event setup and breakdown , including décor, tables, chairs, linens, and other venue needs. Support event operations such as greeting guests, guiding vendors, and assisting coordinators. Provide on-site customer service to ensure guests feel welcome and taken care of. Maintain venue cleanliness and organization throughout the event. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coordinators, and team members to ensure smooth execution.
