Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Catering Lead / Event Supervisor who is passionate about food, team leadership, and executing flawless offsite events. This is not an entry-level position. You will oversee event execution from logistics to breakdown, lead on-site teams, and ensure an elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities Logistics & Transport:

Safely load, unload, and drive catering vehicles to and from event venues.

Team Leadership:

Direct and motivate event staff (ranging from small service teams to large crews), host pre-event staff briefings, and manage workflow throughout the event.

Setup & Execution:

Oversee and execute the assembly of buffets, food stations, bars, and table arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.

On-Site Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring timeline adherence, high service standards, and smooth event breakdown.

Quality & Organization:

Maintain high standards of food presentation, workspace cleanliness, and operational organization.

Qualifications & Requirements Proven Event/Catering Experience Required:

Must have direct catering, banquet, or event management background. (

Note:

Standard restaurant serving experience alone does not qualify for this role).

Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation:

Required for transit to venue locations.

Leadership & Communication:

Strong capability to direct staff, communicate clearly under pressure, and manage guest relations professionally.

Self-Starter Mentality:

High energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality and event execution.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift catering equipment, stay on your feet for extended shifts, and manage physical load-in/load-out.
