Job Description

Searching for an enthusiastic, professional, customer-service oriented Font Desk Sales team-member to join our growing, high-energy team. As a "director of first impressions" for our Academy, this team-member will ensure 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives to the Academy until they leave. This team-member will be the main point of contact for all guest's requests and needs. We seek a candidate who understands the importance of exhibiting courteous hospitality and is motivated to be proactive in every area of the Academy. Key duties will include welcoming and checking guests into and out of the Academy, driving retail sales and revenue optimization, fulfilling requests during a guest's experience in the Academy, answering telephone inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and other duties as assigned. Must have a positive attitude, compassion, and excellent communication skills, as well as an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Schedule flexibility is necessary. Responsibilities Follow the Academy policies and procedures Attend staff meetings Opening, closing and balancing cash drawer Return phone messages Schedule and confirm service appointments for guest and students Coach students in best guest handling practices Responsible for keeping reception and retail areas clean and organized at all times Assist inventory process with Academy Manager Develop social media marketing content for the Academy on a monthly basis Create, develop and track monthly promotions
