We are seeking a Venue Coordinator to help execute seamless weddings and events, ensuring a stress-free and unforgettable experience for our couples. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the wedding industry, we'd love to hear from you! Job Overview As a Venue Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing event logistics, managing vendor coordination, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on wedding days. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and loves creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned weddings and events. Oversee event setup, ensuring all details align with the couple's vision and venue standards. Manage event timelines and communicate with vendors, wedding parties, and guests. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any day-of event challenges. Ensure venue policies and procedures are upheld for a safe and successful event. Assist with venue tours, open houses, and styled shoots as needed. Assist with post-event breakdown and resetting the venue for upcoming events. Available anytime - including nights and weekends. Qualifications Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or wedding planning required. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes. Weekend and evening availability required. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

$50,000.00 per year
