Located in the stunning Florida Keys, Cheeca Lodge & Spa seeks a dedicated Conference Services Manager to lead our corporate event and meeting planning operations. As part of our team, you will orchestrate unforgettable events in a resort known for its luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, and breathtaking event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of conferences, corporate meetings, and special events. Serve as the main point of contact for meeting planners and corporate clients, from initial tours to final event coordination. Design and deliver events that utilize our diverse venues, from the elegant brand-new Islamorada Ballroom to the tranquil Spa Island, ensuring each setting is perfectly tailored to the event's requirements. Facilitate a range of team bonding activities, leveraging our unique location and amenities to enhance guest experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with culinary teams to provide exceptional on-site dining experiences tailored to each event. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in setting up, executing, and breaking down events, maintaining high standards of elegance and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

Extensive experience in event management or planning, with a strong background in managing meetings and corporate events. Proven ability to provide high-level customer service and build positive relationships with clients. Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously. Flexibility to meet the demanding schedule of events, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, adapting to different settings and weather conditions as necessary.
