Role:

We partner with well-respected nonprofit organizations to bring charity-focused promotional events to life in busy areas such as shopping centers, festivals, and community spaces. These events are designed to educate the public, spark conversations, and encourage support for causes that matter. As an Events Assistant, you'll be at the heart of these campaigns, engaging directly with the public, sharing inspiring stories, and motivating people to take action by donating or getting involved. No sales experience? That's okay! If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and a strong communicator, we'll provide full training and all the support you need to succeed.

Pay:

$600 - $900 average weekly pay with uncapped commissions.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you'll be a key part of a mission-driven event team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the setup and visual presentation of charity booths and displays Approaching members of the public in a friendly, confident manner Sharing information about the charity's mission, impact, and programs Encouraging donations or sign-ups through clear, empathetic conversations Building rapport and creating memorable interactions that inspire long-term support Collaborating with other team members and event managers to reach engagement goals Keeping the energy high and helping ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish
