What Youll Be Doing (and owning like a pro)Youll lead the end-to-end execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and group events across our 2,400-acre resortwhere bay views, golf courses, beach venues, and event spaces all come into play.

Youll:

Serve as the primary on-site contact for group leaders, planners, and wedding clients from pre-arrival through departureTranslate vision into flawless executionBEOs, timelines, floorplans, and all the moving pieces in betweenCoordinate seamlessly with Catering, Banquets, Culinary, Sales, and Operations teams to bring events to lifeLead pre-conference meetings, site visits, tastings, and walkthroughs that set every detail up for successManage vendor relationships including dcor, AV, entertainment, rentals, and transportationOversee event setup, execution, and breakdown with a sharp eye on quality and timingTroubleshoot in real timebecause at events, things happen, and you make sure guests never noticeMonitor budgets, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency for each group or eventEnsure every event reflects the level of service, polish, and energy expected at a premier coastal resortWhat Success Looks Like HereEvents run smoothly, on time, and on brandeven when theyre complexClients feel supported, heard, and genuinely excited to returnInternal teams are aligned, informed, and energized (not scrambling)Weddings feel effortless, conferences feel elevated, and group leaders leave impressedYou become the trusted go-to person for anything happening on event dayWhat Were Looking ForExperience in event management, hospitality, conferences, or wedding coordination (resort or large venue experience is a plus)Strong organizational skillsyou can juggle timelines, people, and priorities without dropping detailsConfidence in communication with high-touch clients, executives, and large groupsCalm problem-solving under pressure (you dont panicyou pivot)Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedulesA genuine love for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable experiencesWhy This Role Hits DifferentThis isnt a back-office planning jobyoure in the action.
