$60,146.75/year- $72,456.
- Build strong client relationships while understanding event goals, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements Proposal Development
- Develop and review proposals, quotes, and event documentation for client presentations Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction Event Logistics Coordination
- Conduct venue walkthroughs, assess technical requirements, and coordinate production logistics Contract & Billing Support
- Manage contracts, deposits, invoicing details, and billing documentation Equipment Coordination
- Partner with logistics and technical teams to confirm equipment availability and event readiness Show Readiness
- Review event details and warehouse preparation to ensure complete and accurate execution Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, technical services, show services, and accounting teams Client Solutions
- Provide creative and technical recommendations that align with client expectations and event objectives Post-Event Follow-Up
