The Game Day Operations Staff is a per-event employee who works specifically in the areas of setups and arena conversions at the venue. The position is primarily responsible for the changeover in the venue from one event to another. Under general supervision from the Event Manager, you will be an essential part of the guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the general setup of building equipment, entry gate security equipment, patio reception furniture, tables, chairs, stanchions, concourse customer service, greeters, and event day operational needs such as match night setup, employee check-in, 50/50 raffle sales, and team-related services. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a world-class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere. This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00.Benefits for Part-Time roles:
401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until December 11, 2026.Responsibilities:
Actively care for all equipment and property by storing, cleaning, and maintaining changeover equipment. Respond and resolve set-up issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and management. Participate in all aspects of the conversion process for events. Setting up and tearing down security entry signage, equipment, chairs, barricades, patio furniture, tables, and other furnishings and equipment. Work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Assist, when necessary, with pre/post event cleaning, including, but not limited to, removing team giveaways from the seating bowl and cleaning and storing facility equipment Assist team relations with giveaway items, team receptions, and private event activity. Follow detailed instructions and communicate with the team and leaders effectively. Maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, clients, and patrons encountered in the course of employment. Works effectively under pressure and stringent schedules to produce accurate results. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule. Must be able to work in a manner that is safe and effective. Must be able to lift heavy objects as needed. Works effectively under deadlines driven by event schedules and project timelines. Demonstrates both independent initiative and strong collaboration within a team environment. Must be able to follow detailed instructions accurately while communicating clearly and effectively.
