RC Hospitality Solutions is seeking an Event Service Supervisor to join our premier team. In this key leadership role, you will bring private dinners, high-profile weddings, and exclusive corporate gatherings to life—delivering top-tier experiences for our community and guests. This position offers a base rate of $16.00 per hour plus a share in our team gratuity pool, giving you great overall earning potential! We are searching for a meticulous Event Service Supervisor to supervise and manage banquet events for our company. We don't sell souvenirs; we make memories. What You'll Do Lead the
Floor:
Direct and inspire banquet servers, bartenders, and setup teams through every phase of an event—from room setup and pre-shift huddles to service and breakdown. Master theDetails:
Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) flawlessly, ensuring room layouts, decor, and service flow align with client expectations and club standards.Bridge Kitchen & Guest:
Partner directly with the Culinary Team to coordinate food timing, presentation, and dietary requirements.Engage Hosts & Guests:
Act as the primary on-floor liaison for event hosts, meeting planners, and members to seamlessly handle last-minute adjustments.Maintain Quality & Logistics:
Conduct random table checks, oversee proper equipment care (china, glass, silver), and report facility maintenance needs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.What You Bring Experience:
2+ years of high-volume banquet, catering, or fine-dining service experience, with demonstrated lead or supervisory capability.Leadership Style:
Energetic, approachable, and proactive under pressure with clear communication skills.Detail-Oriented Mindset:
Strong organizational skills to manage shifting priorities and simultaneous event logistics.Physical Readiness:
Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts, lift up to 40 lbs., and maneuver equipment across event spaces.Flexibility:
