- 30 hours maximum Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday required Additional morning/evening play shifts Monday-Thursday will be available for additional hours What We're Looking For 2+ years experience in program/event coordination preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Experience in marketing preferred

+ Customer Service Operations Maintain detailed records to ensure no detail is missed Create processes and systems that streamline efforts to increase efficiency Handle In-Bound Party Sales Follow Up within 24 hours to all inquiries Collaborate with Play Manager to train staff how to handle onsite inquiries Onsite materials Maintain details in software and tracking systems in regard to parties Excellent Party Customer Experience From sale to implementation Pre-event detail confirmation
- email, text, phone Event details for staff Follow up after parties for feedback Party Implementation Host parties Make sure party hosts have everything they need to successfully host parties
- answer questions as needed Inventory and order party supplies (i.e. lighters, tape, etc.) Marketing Help collect and organize party photos/video to help tell our story Social media updates Consistently reach out to past party participants for reviews Revenue Stream Owner for Parties Monitor party financials
