6-4-3 DP Athletics is looking for reliable, energetic, and responsible Tournament Directors/Event Managers to help oversee baseball tournaments and events at Aviation Sports Complex.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for teams, coaches, umpires, staff, and facility guests Oversee tournament operations and make sure events run smoothly and on schedule Supervise field, facility, and concession staff throughout the event Assign staff responsibilities and make sure work is completed properly and on time Monitor fields, bathrooms, concessions, parking areas, and the overall facility throughout the day Help address customer questions, concerns, and facility issues in a professional and friendly manner Monitor weather conditions and follow established safety and emergency procedures Assist with field and facility preparation between games and throughout the tournament Monitor concession inventory and cash handling Complete daily cash reconciliation and closing procedures Lead the end-of-day facility walkthrough and ensure all fields, buildings, equipment, and gates are properly cleaned, secured, and locked Be proactive and address issues before they become problems

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Comfortable managing staff and delegating responsibilities Professional and friendly with coaches, players, parents, and guests Able to stay calm and make good decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to be hands-on Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet for extended periods Previous experience in sports, event management, facility operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus

The Ideal Candidate:

You don't have to know everything on day one, but you do need to be someone who takes ownership, communicates well, pays attention to what is happening around them, and isn't afraid to jump in and help. Our TDs set the tone for the staff and the overall experience at the facility.
