In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of various events by providing essential support before, during, and after each occasion. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to creating memorable experiences for attendees and clients alike. Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment, signage, and materials are correctly arranged according to event specifications. Provide on-site support during events by guiding attendees, managing registration areas, and addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously. Coordinate with vendors, security personnel, and venue staff to facilitate seamless event operations. Monitor event activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and troubleshoot any issues that arise efficiently. Support the distribution of materials such as programs, promotional items, or supplies as needed throughout the event. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after each occasion. Gather feedback from attendees and team members post-event to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of our service quality. Qualifications Previous experience in event support or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor capable of engaging diverse audiences. Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours depending on event schedules. Basic physical stamina required for setting up equipment, standing for extended periods, and assisting with logistical tasks. A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
