Banquet Server White Deer Run Golf Club Vernon Hills, Illinois White Deer Run Golf Club is seeking experienced Banquet Servers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior catering or event service experience who take pride in delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our banquet team supports a variety of events including weddings, private parties, corporate functions, and golf outings. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong service mindset are key to success in this role.

Position Details Hourly Rate:

$16 per hour

Vary based on event schedule (primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Status:

Part-time / Seasonal Key Responsibilities Provide food and beverage service during banquets and events Set up and break down banquet spaces including tables, linens, and place settings Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and presentation-ready Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, professional service Work closely with the culinary and events team to ensure smooth execution Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards Qualifications Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
