STUDIO MANAGER & EVENT PRODUCER

This role blends creativity and organization, supporting everything from client communication and vendor coordination to studio management, inventory, and event production. You'll help maintain our brand experience, keep operations running smoothly, and play a key role in executing weddings and events. No experience required. A team player that CARES about the success of our events and the people behind them.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES EVENT PRODUCER
(includes but not limited to): Maintain the Avant Gardenia brand by creating an elevated experience for our clients and vendor partners. Respond to all emails/calls in a timely manner, approach clients/vendors with enthusiasm, etc. Communicate with clients as needed regarding meeting proposal modifications, contracts, payments, timelines, follow-ups, and reviews. Record client payments in Curate system. Communicate and coordinate with any subcontracted décor vendors as needed. Keep track of payments for subcontracted décor vendors. Cultivate a positive team atmosphere amongst AG event install/styling crew. Communicate regularly with company owner regarding operations/upcoming, etc. Edit website content as needed Create weekly Instagram posts Procure and maintain venue relationships Work Event Days as needed Assist company owner as neededSTUDIO MANAGER
(includes but not limited to): Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom and workroom, as well as AG exterior, and ensure proper upkeep of company vans. Manage part-time employees by delegating tasks and overseeing daily responsibilities. Track, calculate, and report weekly hours for hourly employees. Maintain inventory and supply organization. Maintain cleanliness of all glassware and containers Communicate with Designers regarding upcoming supply needs and/or special orders. Prepare AG with all supplies, materials, and tools needed for each event. Cultivate a positive team atmosphere amongst AG staff. Help with the production of all events. Assist with accepting deliveries, inspecting product, and the proper care of all product. Communicate with suppliers and resolve issues related to unsatisfactory products. Organize, review, and process payments for all supplier invoices and charges. Prep logistics for events & venue info as needed Assist with the prep and process of any workshops or "non-wedding" events. Maintain a system of organization for all info relating to studio infrastructure. Assist company owner as neededHOURS:
"In-season" hours vary depending on events. Most weeks are Monday-Friday, 9-5, with some weeks requiring more studio management time and occasional Saturday support for events. During the "off season", a typical schedule consists of working from the studio a minimum of 2 days a week and virtually the other 3 days. If events are booked, this will change. (January-April)COMPENSATION
$45,000•50,000 annual salary based on experience (paid weekly) Additional compensation opportunities include event breakdowns.BENEFITS
Studio is closed Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day. Additional PTO•7 days 401K with 4% company match (after one year of employment)HOW TO APPLY
