Union 12 and Paper Mill on The Landing are excited to expand our team with Event Day Venue Managers! If you're friendly, organized, and passionate about creating memorable experiences, we'd love to meet you! This is not a planning or coordinating role — you'll serve as the on-site contact during events, making sure everything runs smoothly with the venue and property.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening/closing the building Supporting vendors and guests Ensure the smooth operation of the venue and property during events Assist with set-up of ceremony chairs Provide excellent customer service to guests and vendors Ensure the smooth operation of the venue and property during events Oversee cleanliness and organization of event spaces Address any issues or concerns that arise during events

Requirements:

1-2 shifts per week with flexibility around other commitments Weekday availability is a must Willingness to work longer shifts This position is perfect for college students, anyone seeking a flexible part-time role, or someone looking to earn extra income.
