You will oversee all aspects of birthday parties and open playtimes including check-in, gym rules, set up/tear down, directing younger staff members and making sure everyone receives outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, excels in multitasking, and thrives under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities Must be 18 years or older Oversee weekend events on Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons and Sunday late morning/afternoon (hours may vary). This includes parties, open plays, and private events, ensuring all details align with client expectations and company standards Supervise party staff to make sure they are meeting the expectations and requirements of the job in a kind but direct manner Help with set up and clean up of events- this may require the lifting of chairs, tables or gymnastics mats Be a friendly face for all customers who walk in the door Learn a software system to register children, charge fees and manage parties/open playtime Ensure a safe and fun environment for customers and staff members

•Staff members may bring their own children with them while working public events if they fall into the correct age ranges.
