What You'll Do:

Event Management:

Prepare event documentation, oversee supply inventories, and ensure seamless execution aligned with Rita's high standards.

Team Leadership:

Support and supervise multiple event teams, manage staffing schedules, and oversee the quality of food and service.

Client Interaction:

Assist with event planning, troubleshoot during events, and provide feedback to improve processes.

Training & Safety:

Train new staff, promote safety standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Communication:

Collaborate across departments, from sales to operations, to align event details and timelines.

Who You Are:

Highly organized with a talent for time management and multitasking. Experienced with catering systems like Caterease or FlexCater, Local Table or Nowsta, and Microsoft Outlook. Skilled communicator with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. A team player who thrives under pressure and adapts to changing priorities.
