Job Description

  • This is not a full or part time job. This is paid per event with average of 10 events per year. Also would work along side the other AV manager roughly 5 events each.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Coordinate with teachers, students, and external organizations to plan and organize events, including rehearsals and performances. 2.
  • Facility Management:
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of the auditorium
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of auditorium equipment, including sound and lighting systems. 3.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support for audio-visual equipment during events, including sound systems, projectors, and lighting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during events. 4.
  • Communication and Customer Service:
  • Communicate effectively with all parties, including school staff, students, parents, and external organizations.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to events or facility usage.
