Our wonderful and caring environment provides a gold standard of care to our patients we all love. The ideal candidate must have experience in a veterinary hospital, a great work ethic, be dependable, possess strong customer service skills, and be team-focused. About Fallon Animal Clinic Fallon Animal Clinic has been providing care to generations of pets since 1963. Our mission is to provide practical, affordable and effective veterinary services and treatments to our clients and patients. What you will do Your responsibilities would include a variety of patient care duties including assisting with outpatient examination and treatment and medical record keeping. You will perform venipuncture, radiology, laboratory testing , client education and more. Depending on staff scheduling, there will be scheduled days as customer service representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, pets, and vendors, providing a warm and welcoming experience while managing daily front desk operations. Responsibilities include handling client check-ins and check-outs, scheduling, answering phones, emails, and voicemails, processing payments, verifying vaccination records, and managing waitlists during busy seasons.
