Retail Event Assistant

We're hiring a full-time Retail Event Assistant in the Worcester area to support our AT&T campaign. As a Retail Event Assistant, you'll be the face of the brand at retail events - meeting customers in person, explaining wireless options, and turning conversations into sales. Retail Event Assistant Key Responsibilities Engage customers at retail events and create a comfortable starting point for conversations about AT&T products Ask the right questions to understand how customers use their phones and internet, then translate that into clear sales recommendations Present devices, plans, and promotions in a way that's easy to follow and relevant to the customer's daily needs Guide customers through the sales process (from first interaction to completed setup) without confusion or delays Keep interactions organized by tracking details and ensuring every step of the sales process is handled accurately Maintain a consistent, professional presence that reflects AT&T's standards while contributing to team-wide sales performance Work alongside other Retail Event Assistant team members to keep energy high and results steady throughout the day Retail Event Assistant Perks & Benefits Hands-on experience in customer engagement and consultative sales A better understanding of how real-time conversations translate into sales outcomes The ability to build confidence in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment Exposure to how retail events drive brand visibility and sales growth A commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential tied to your individual sales performance Ideal Skills & Qualifications Of A Retail Event Assistant Under 5 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality preferred (this is an entry level role, so no experience is required!) Comfortable working directly with customers in a retail environment Basic knowledge of the sales cycle with strong negotiation skills Exceptional relationship building skills - whether with customers, clients, or team members Ability reliably to commute to our Worcester office location daily This Retail Event Assistant role is a full-time, onsite position centered around direct customer interaction and sales execution at retail events.

Pay:

$950.00 - $1,375.00 per week
