This summer, we're looking for an enthusiastic Catering Coordinator Intern to help us create lasting memories and smooth event experiences!

Position Overview :

As a Catering Coordinator, you'll be the behind-the-scenes organizer of all our catering events! From booking to execution, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly, all while learning the ins and outs of event coordination, client management, and team leadership. You'll play a key role in making sure every event is as sweet as the ice cream we serve•and have a blast while doing it!

Key Responsibilities :

Client Interaction :

Help manage client relationships by responding to inquiries and supporting the booking process. You'll have the chance to share your passion for Ice Cream Jubilee and work with clients to create memorable, customized event experiences.

Event Coordination :

Assist in organizing event details•from logistics (transport, set-up, and breakdown) to managing timelines. You'll be the go-to for making sure events go off without a hitch, ensuring every scoop is served at the right time!

Team Management :

Help coordinate staffing by assisting with scheduling, training, and ensuring the team is ready to deliver top-notch service at events.

Inventory & Supplies :

Keep track of event supplies and ensure everything is stocked and ready to go. From ice cream to toppings, you'll help maintain inventory to keep things running smoothly.

Client Satisfaction :

Assist in ensuring our clients are beyond satisfied with their Ice Cream Jubilee experience. You'll handle client feedback and be the face of great service.

Qualifications :

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once Excellent communication skills•you love working with people and building relationships A passion for ice cream and creating memorable experiences for others Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Event planning and customer service experience is required Why Join Ice Cream Jubilee?
