Assistant Events Director

Responsibilities include:

Booking and planning weddings, banquets, corporate events, golf outings, and member functions Creating accurate event orders and timelines Managing event logistics and ensuring all details are prepared well in advance Working closely with management, kitchen, bar, and service staff Building relationships with clients and vendors Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service

Requirements:

Prior event coordination experience is required Proven track record with weddings and large-scale events Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems Professional references required Must be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to stay ahead of deadlines Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules We are looking for someone who is a true team player, takes initiative, and is committed to creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests. This position requires flexibility, as many events take place outside of traditional business hours. Competitive compensation based on experience.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
