We are accepting applications for Temporary Event Assistants in the Grand Rapids area. This role supports event setup, guest service, fragrance activities, and product presentation under the direction of an on-site event lead. Responsibilities Set up and pack down event stations, displays, and supplies. Welcome guests and explain activities using provided instructions. Assist with fragrance sampling and take-home products after training. Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked. Package products neatly and maintain presentation standards. Support guest flow, check-in, or checkout as assigned. Follow company procedures and communicate concerns to the event lead. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with guests. Strong customer service and communication skills. Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively. Reliable transportation to assigned event locations. Available for scheduled shifts between October 20 and 22. Able to perform event duties, including standing and assisting with setup and breakdown, with or without reasonable accommodation. Retail, hospitality, customer service, or event experience is preferred. Previous fragrance-making experience is not required. Training and scheduling Paid required training is provided.
