Living and Learning Enrichment Center - Events Coordinator About the Role Living and Learning Enrichment Center is seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Events Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute a variety of fundraising and awareness events. This role oversees the full event lifecycle, from concept and logistics through execution and post-event follow-up, working closely with staff, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and the community to advance our mission. The position is full time with a full benefits package. What You'll Do Manage event budgets and provide financial reporting on expenses and revenue Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and sponsorship agreements with final approval from Executive Director Secure auction items, event supplies, and track inventory Coordinate with sponsors, donors, volunteers, and vendors to ensure events run smoothly Maintain the organizational event calendar and provide post-event reporting Partner with the Marketing Team on invitations, flyers, signage, and social media content Represent the organization at community and public events Oversee signature events, including a fundraising gala, a community 5K run/walk, a member variety show, member social events, staff appreciation events, and corporate rentals and visits Supervise the part time Events Assistant What We're Looking For Proven experience coordinating events, ideally in fundraising or nonprofit settings Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and contract management skills Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners Comfort with event management and financial reporting software Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required. References and Portfolio

• References are required showing any large-scale events you have managed.

Pay:

$52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
