2989938632-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As an Events Coordinator II at Aramark, you'll plan and execute on-site events for clients across the accommodation and food services industry. You will coordinate catering, room setups, audiovisual needs, and event timelines while ensuring safety, quality, and brand standards. Partner closely with clients, culinary, and facilities teams to confirm requirements, manage vendors, track budgets, and resolve day-of issues. You'll help improve processes, support team members, and deliver inclusive, memorable experiences that reflect Aramark's commitment to service excellence and community impact. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate on-site client events from setup through breakdown Coordinate catering, room layouts, AV needs, and event timelines Communicate with clients to capture requirements and event objectives Collaborate with culinary, facilities, and service teams to execute events Manage vendor coordination and support basic contract details Monitor event budgets, costs, and post-event reporting Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards Resolve day-of event issues and service concerns promptly Support process improvements and best practices in event operations Train and support junior staff or temporary event workers as needed Required Skills Event planning Vendor management Budget management Catering coordination Food safety awareness Client relationship management Scheduling and logistics Contract coordination MS Office / event software Report and documentation management
