Seasonal Event Services Coordinator — Holiday Experience SLAY Events St. Louis, MO Job Details Temporary | Contract $18 - $25 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Inventory management Attention to detail Load & unload Full Job Description Seasonal Event Services Coordinator — Holiday Experience SLAY Events | St. Louis Union Station | St. Louis, MO Seasonal, On-Site, Hourly | November 10-December 30, 2026 $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience The opportunity SLAY Events is hiring a Seasonal Event Services Coordinator to help deliver an organized, welcoming holiday experience at St. Louis Union Station. This position is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality, attractions, guest services, theater, events, venue operations, or high-volume public environments. You will be visible on-site throughout the event day, helping ensure guests, staff, talent, vendors, and event spaces are prepared for each operating period. What you will do Complete pre-opening checks of guest areas, event spaces, décor, supplies, and operational readiness. Help keep event areas clean, supplied, organized, and ready for guests throughout each shift. Support guest wayfinding, event timelines, directional questions, and guest-flow needs. Assist with staff and talent arrival, check-in/check-out, communication, and operational support. Coordinate daily hospitality needs, including meal and beverage setup for staff and talent. Help organize and maintain costumes, props, accessories, office materials, and event supplies. Support vendor arrival, deliveries, load-in/load-out activity, and communication with the on-site team. Monitor designated support areas, including restroom trailers, and report supply, cleaning, or maintenance needs. Communicate issues promptly and help resolve routine guest-service or operational concerns. Follow venue procedures, event safety practices, and direction from the Event Manager. What we are looking for At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, event support, venue operations, live entertainment, theater, attractions, festivals, or another high-volume public-facing environment. Experience supporting guests, staff, vendors, performers, volunteers, or event operations. Strong organization, clear communication, and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and helpful while managing changing priorities. Experience with event setup, staffing support, food and beverage service, inventory, facilities, or public-facing operations is a plus. A degree is welcome but not required; relevant hands-on experience is strongly valued. Schedule and work environment On-site assignment at St. Louis Union Station from November 10 through December 30, 2026 . Shifts include evenings, weekends and holidays . Must be available for a changing schedule based on event operations. Work takes place indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 30 pounds is required. Pay $18.00-$25.00 per hour , based on relevant experience. Overtime is paid for eligible hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
