Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a welcoming atmosphere Serve food and beverages efficiently, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and service Manage food handling and food safety protocols to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations Support catering operations by setting up event spaces, bussing tables, and clearing dishes promptly Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction Assist with event setup and breakdown, including table settings, decorations, and equipment arrangements Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is highly preferred; culinary or banquet experience is a plus Demonstrated guest services or guest relations skills in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with food service operations such as serving, bussing, and food handling Exposure to fine dining or hotel service environments is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in dynamic settings while maintaining professionalism Join us in creating unforgettable wedding experiences!
