Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in site operations and community engagement, is seeking a Events Coordinator to join their team. As a Events Coordinator, you will be part of the Site Operations Department supporting the Engineering Site Leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Support the Engineering Site Leadership team by driving site operations and community engagement initiatives.

+ Plan and execute site events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

+ Coordinate communications, newsletters, and manage operational budgets.

+ Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and nonprofit partners to foster community involvement.

+ Maintain operational excellence across the site through effective management and organization.

  • What's Needed?
  • + 5-7 years of experience supporting vents, logistics, site operations, or community engagement programs.

+ Experience with budget management, vendor coordination,a dn stakeholder engagement.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and leadership levels.

+ Experience supporting events, logistics, site operations, or community engagement programs.

+ Creative, proactive, and capable of bringing innovative ideas and solutions.
