Haunted Harvest is seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable Seasonal Event Staff to join our team this fall! Our event staff are the backbone of our operation. You are the first and last friendly face our guests see, ensuring that everyone has a thrilling, fun, and safe experience from the moment they park their car to the moment they survive the trail. If you enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people, and being part of a tight-knit fall crew, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Depending on nightly assignments, duties include:
Parking & Traffic Flow:
Safely direct arriving vehicles, guide drivers to designated parking spots, and keep traffic moving smoothly through the farm entrance.
Ticketing & Check-In:
Greet guests, scan mobile tickets, assist with check-in, and provide general event directions.
Queue Line & Crowd Control:
Manage guest lines, explain trail rules, answer questions, and keep the energy high and positive before guests enter the attraction.
Trail Safety & Support:
Monitor key checkpoints, communicate with attraction leads via two-way radio, assist guests needing an early exit, and ensure overall patron safety.
Site Care:
Help keep guest areas, midway spaces, and parking lots clean, orderly, and well-lit.
Qualifications & Requirements Customer-First Attitude:
Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests of all ages.
Reliability & Punctuality:
Must have reliable transportation to Lillington, NC, and commit to working scheduled Friday and Saturday nights through October.
Physical Stamina:
Comfortable standing, walking, and directing guests outdoors for 4-5 hour shifts in cool evening fall weather.
Composure:
Calm and level-headed under pressure when managing crowds or busy arrival rushes.
Age Requirement:
Must be 16 or older (18+ preferred for certain parking and security-adjacent roles).
Compensation & Perks Flat Daily Rate:
$40 base pay per night.
Attendance Bonus:
Earn an extra $15 per night (bringing total pay to $55/night), paid as an end-of-season lump sum for working scheduled event dates.
Ticket Commission Program:
Earn $3-$7 per ticket sold through your individual staff promo code.
