We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and sales-driven individual with a passion for weddings, hospitality, and client experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the first impression for wedding couples and event clients. Responsibilities Conduct wedding and event venue tours for prospective clients Assist the Sales Director with administrative and sales support Respond to wedding and event inquiries professionally and promptly Manage wedding social media platforms and galleries Assist with wedding rentals and event coordination support Maintain CRM systems and event planning software Help create an exceptional client experience from inquiry to booking Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, events, weddings, or sales preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented, professional, and personable demeanor Passion for weddings and events Experience with CRM or event planning software is a plus Eye for design, social media, and photography preferred Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, especially Sundays Must be able to work on-site in Bedford, NH (not remote) Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Growth opportunities within the sales team
