Job Description

Overview Assist Event Supervisor with the execution and coordination of events that will benefit Loon Mountain by adding value for guests. Loon is a customer-focused organization, so a crucial part of each employee's job is to get and keep guests. Responsibilities Provides superior service to our customers (internal and external) by following Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with guests. Respond to all guests and employees in a courteous, efficient manner. Support with set-up and breakdown of each event site as needed. Assist with registration and the organization of enrolling participants. Give excellent guest service and ability to inform event details to general public. Assist Event Supervisor with the development and promotion of events. Communicate with Mountain Operations, Bike Patrol and other resort staff in order to help execute event. Control event arena entrances and/or exits. Organize event registration Release of Liability forms. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
