Job Description

Events Coordinator Contractor 54419 Staff Augmentation Jersey City , New Jersey Contract CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator / DTickets Administrator to provide operational, administrative, and project support for a sports-focused ticketing portfolio. This role plays a critical part in supporting ticketing operations, inbox management, reconciliation activities, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and accurate ticketing services for clients and internal stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with prior ticketing experience and a strong interest in sports and live events, who is comfortable working evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
Hours:
Full time - 40 hours/week (nights and weekends required based on event schedules)

$21+ per hour based on experience, education, and credentials
Position Type:
Consultant - No C2C Work Authorization Visas are acceptable (any EAD). Candidates must be eligible to work on W2 and must not require sponsorship for at least 6-12 months. What you'll do: Ticketing Operations & Inbox Management Manage the DTickets shared inbox, triaging inquiries, responding to general questions, and troubleshooting TicketManager-related issues. Escalate critical or time-sensitive requests to Ticket Admins, Supervisors, or Managers as needed. Ensure timely responses for urgent requests, especially within 48 hours of an event date. Maintain mailbox ownership to ensure service continuity and operational coverage. TicketManager Administration Monitor TicketManager for new orders and take appropriate actions in accordance with approval protocols. Initiate payment communications for personal purchases as required. Support Ticket Admins and clients by resolving system issues using proxy or administrative access. Input, manage, and maintain ticket inventory for assigned markets and portfolios, aligned with seasonal event demand. Coordinate ticket distribution and associated elements such as parking and catering when applicable. Reconciliation & Financial Support Support reconciliation for season tickets, VIP purchases, and personal purchases, including tracking missing or delayed credit card charges. Monitor priority financial communications such as PayIt delays or charge discrepancies for assigned portfolios. Communicate submission-period updates to U.S. and USI Finance teams and escalate issues as needed. Prepare reconciliation documentation, including Excel reports with multiple WBS code breakdowns. Manage workload and priorities based on reporting deadlines. Communications, Documentation & Projects Support projects using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Draft, review, and format outgoing communications to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain Teams portfolio folders and ensure documentation is current, accurate, and accessible. Guide requesters on proper completion and distribution of post-event survey communications. Coverage & Operational Continuity Provide portfolio coverage during team PTO or leaves of absence. Send weekly communications and reconciliation notices. Coordinate personal payment communications and late ticket purchases. Manage TicketManager inventory updates and marketplace postings. Feedback, Issue Resolution & Leadership Support Collect, summarize, and relay user feedback related to ticketing tools and processes. Troubleshoot application issues and support resolution efforts. Assist with project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and status reporting. Perform ad hoc duties as business needs require. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in an operations or customer service environment. Prior ticketing experience required; interest and understanding of sports and live events is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Availability to work nights and weekends based on event schedules. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated adaptability, active listening, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have: Hospitality or events-related experience. Experience supporting ticketing systems such as TicketManager. Prior experience working with financial reconciliation or reporting. Experience in sports, entertainment, or live event environments.
