Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Experiential Event Site Lead to oversee on-site operations for our experiential events. This role is vital in coordinating event logistics, managing client relationships, and leading a team to deliver memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for hospitality to create engaging environments that exceed expectations. Duties Lead the planning and execution of experiential events at designated sites, ensuring all elements align with client objectives and brand standards Manage event budgets meticulously, including tracking expenses Oversee setup, breakdown, hands on experience a must and on-site operations, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout the event lifecycle Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and address any concerns promptly through clear communication Proven experience in experiential events or live activations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software tools Demonstrated ability to manage budgets accurately and oversee project timelines efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a talent for client communication and relationship building Technical proficiency in managing event logistics including setup Leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments with exceptional organizational skills Knowledge of CRM systems for client data management is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as required by event schedules Join us as an Experiential Event Site Lead to craft unforgettable experiences that captivate audiences!
