This energized role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences. As an integral part of our events management team, you will help coordinate all aspects of event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with client expectations and organizational standards. This paid position is ideal for passionate individuals eager to develop their skills in hospitality, event marketing, and project management while contributing to vibrant, impactful events. Duties Assist in planning and organizing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to community celebrations, ensuring all logistics are meticulously managed. Engage in event marketing efforts by promoting upcoming events through social media channels, email campaigns, and other outreach initiatives. Provide exceptional guest services by managing registration desks, answering inquiries promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all attendees. Oversee on-site event operations including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting technical or logistical issues to guarantee smooth execution. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, schedules, and presentations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for client interaction, team coordination, and vendor negotiations. Background in hospitality or restaurant industries is highly desirable for understanding guest services and catering operations. Demonstrated leadership capabilities to support team collaboration during high-pressure situations at large-scale events.
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
