Event Manager: 2026-2027
Job Description
/Duties The Campus Activities Office is seeking a student employee to assist with event planning and management. The job entails working with the Associate Director to plan events from start to finish including reserving rooms, speaking with agents to book programs, preparing for and facilitating events, and evaluating events/programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advertising events through creative flyer design, posting to social media, and posting flyers. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented, and has a flexible schedule. The position requires working on weekend evenings. Please submit a sample flyer you have designed with your application in the documents section. Days/Hours Needed up to 6 hours per week during regular business hours and additional weekend evenings.
