This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft memorable experiences, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with various teams to ensure every event exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Event Planning & Management Plan, coordinate, and execute all Bar Association events. Develop event timelines and production schedules. Coordinate venue selection, contracts, room layouts, audiovisual needs, décor, catering, entertainment, and transportation. Conduct site visits and oversee event setup and breakdown. Serve as the primary on-site event coordinator. Registration and guest management. Marketing. General administrative responsibilities. Sponsorship Coordination Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and benefits. Prepare sponsorship materials and agreements. Communicate with sponsors regarding benefits, logos, advertisements, signage, and recognition. Assist with solicitation of sponsorships. Ensure sponsor recognition is fulfilled before, during, and after each event. Qualifications Associate degree with experience 3-5 years of experience in event planning, nonprofit administration, hospitality, or association management. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event registration/database software. Experience with Zoom and virtual event platforms is preferred. Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
