Party Coordinator

Position Summary:

CatchAir is seeking energetic and outgoing Party Hosts who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service. Party Hosts are responsible for leading birthday parties and group events while ensuring a clean, safe, and fun environment for all guests. Key Responsibilities:

Host and lead birthday parties and special events, ensuring a fun and seamless experience Actively engage with guests of all ages in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner Set up and break down party areas before and after events Maintain cleanliness and organization of party rooms and common areas Assist team members with general operations and tasks as needed Ensure all guests are following safety rules and guidelines Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest needs Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members When not hosting parties/events, you will assist with cleaning and sanitization

Qualifications & Skills:

Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality Comfortable interacting with guests and leading group activities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a willingness to help where needed Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual

Requirements:

Availability to work 4-8 hour shifts Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed Reliable transportation to and from work

Physical Requirements:
