Event General Agent Job type: Intern/Temp/Seasonal About Us Kaleido Arts & Entertainment is an experiential and entertainment production organizer specializing in producing cultural events and festivals.

Past events:

2018 - 2025 Winter Lantern Festival, 2024-2026 Sealight Festival. 2024-2026 Autumn Glow Festival.

Location:

Mabee Farm Historic Site 1100 Main St, Rotterdam Junction, NY 12150 Responsibilities Conduct the sale of tickets, handle cash and card transactions Coordinate check in, scan customer tickets Provide insightful information to event attendees Follow all ticketing procedures Greet, handle customer complaints and queries for all arriving and departing customers and guests in a friendly and polite manner as well as providing them with prompt and courteous service.

Working Hours range:

5:00pm - 10:00pm., Thursday - Sunday Qualifications Fluent in spoken English Eligible to work in US Ability to stand for long periods under normal rain/snow conditions Evening, holiday, and weekend availability No Work Remotely Must arrive work on time
