Events Director

Responsibilities:

• Sell weddings, frequent and timely followups, schedule tours, collect deposits, maintain calendars and schedules.
• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including Weddings, Private events, Annual Winery events, and Six Course Family Style Dinners.
• Develop event concepts and themes that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Maintain social media platforms including, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Mailchimp, Text Marketing, and website
• Assist in restaurant managment along side floor managers
• Conduct market research to identify event opportunities and trends
• Oversee event logistics, including timeline, catering, vendor coordination, inform the clients, and coordinate staf
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees before, during, and after events

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry
• Marketing experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to market events effectively to target audiences
