PM Sanitation Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized PM Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee production processes, ensure employees execute tasks efficiently and according to company SOP's, drive improvement initiatives and provide a strong leadership presence on the production floor. Responsibilities Communicate with daytime management to determine PM process flow and required tasks Ensure staff are working efficiently and effectively Understand production processes and products Complete temperature checks and post operational inspection Provide guidance and motivation to staff regarding work flow, efficiency and daily tasks. Report any non-conformance to management (i.e. broken equipment, need to order more supplies, etc.) Understand, maintain and improve current SOP's and SSOP's Oversee the sanitation of all production equipment, floors, walls, doors, cleaning tools, sanitizer, restrooms, locker rooms, break areas, hallways, employee PPE, restocking of chemicals and materials; and complete daily inspection prior to staff departure. Provide management with daily report at the end of each shift. Qualifications Minimum two years of leadership or management experience. The right individual for this position is able to lead by example, motivate and encourage staff and independently resolve day to day bottle necks. Personnel management is a crucial part of this role. Highly motivated, driven, takes pride in their work. This is a full time position. Monday-Friday 5:00pm - 2:00am (hours may vary during holiday season). Some weekends may be required. Candidate for this position must have very strong leadership skills, be bilingual (plus but not required), work independently and highly motivated. The qualified individual for this position is required to spend 90% of their time on the production floor. This is NOT an office position.
