As an Event Assistant, you will be the face of these vital movements, making critical community connections happen all over Cincinnati. We are actively expanding our marketing campaigns and hiring a full-time Event Assistant to support nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. In this role, you will help expand their reach in the Cincinnati market through direct, face-to-face engagement. As an Event Assistant, you will be out in the local community having meaningful, in-person conversations, building brand awareness for our partners, and inspiring individuals to take action. Event Assistant Role Looks Like Day-to-Day:

Start conversations with community members in high-traffic areas, introducing the mission behind our nonprofit partners. Use basic marketing principles to educate the public, ensuring a clear and consistent message across the Cincinnati market. Guide community members through the donation process step-by-step, keeping every interaction transparent, positive, and impactful. Work alongside a passionate Event Assistant team to meet daily outreach goals and maximize campaign exposure. Participate in morning meetings to discuss campaign performance and adjust your marketing approach to improve daily results.
