The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. This position requires weekend and evening work availability. Responsibilities Plan, set up and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, tables and chair set up, and basic sound system connection. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked and reported accurately. Develop event marketing strategies to promote business opportunities Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all details are managed effectively. Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after events. Assist in fundraising efforts by organizing charity events and community outreach programs. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience Experience in event planning or coordination is preferred, but will train. Dedicated personality with an interest in a start up from the beginning Passionate about helping to create a near perfect party experience for clients Familiarity with wedding and small event market trends is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience in fundraising and small-medium sized event planning is desirable. Proficient in event marketing techniques to attract attendees and promote events. A background in customer service will enhance your ability to meet client expectations.
