CANADIAN COUNTY EXPO & EVENT CENTER
Client Engagement Coordinator El Reno, Oklahoma | Full time, nonexempt | Reports to Executive Director Proposed annual salary range: $42,000-$46,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Range requires confirmation before publication. Help clients bring their events to the Canadian County Expo & Event Center. We are seeking an organized, welcoming professional to guide renters from their first inquiry through booking, event planning and follow-up. What you will do
  • Respond to rental inquiries, conduct facility tours and build relationships with new and returning clients.
  • Prepare proposals and rental agreements using approved rates and terms; coordinate operational review and Executive Director approval.
  • Maintain the booking calendar, client records, contracts, insurance documents and event details in Planning Pod or the designated system.
  • Lead client planning meetings and coordinate catering, concessions and website listings for client-rental events.
  • Provide complete event plans to the Facility Manager and accurate billing information to Finance; communicate changes promptly.
  • Address routine client concerns, escalate matters requiring approval and gather feedback to support repeat bookings.
What you will bring High school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, venue or event operations, office administration, or account management. Relevant education may substitute for part of the experience. Strong communication, customer-service and organizational skills; accuracy with contracts, records and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, shared calendars and booking or event software. A valid driver's license and ability to meet Expo driving and insurability requirements are required.
Preferred:
Relevant college education; Planning Pod experience; experience with venues, agricultural or equine events, client retention or event handoffs. Schedule and benefits Generally Monday-Friday, with occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays for tours, client meetings and events. Work includes office, event and outdoor settings, with occasional lifting up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for essential job functions.
